Mission: To ensure and verify the safety and suitability of fish products for human consumption from both onshore and offshore establishments.
The Kiribati Seafood Verification Agency (KSVA) is the national Competent Authority responsible for regulating the sanitary handling, processing, storage, distribution, export and import of fish products, ensuring safe and quality seafood for both local and global markets.
